Hi. I have a question about asbestos exposure. About 3-4 years ago my parents were re-doing the floor and completely removed the carpet and the tile under it (I was around 13 at the time). We recently discovered that the tiles most likely contained asbestos and I’m worried because I remember helping them clean it up without any precautions (it was brittle and cracking at the time) not 100% that they had asbestos though, but I know there’s a chance it could. The house was built in the 60′s. We’re considering hiring someone to come test it out…Should I see a doctor about this asap? I’ve had no health problems and i’ve read up about the risks and symptoms…I’m just very worried even though it was a 1 time thing.
I was reading a leaflet on asbestos exposure and it said that most people who are exposed to asbestos do not become ill its usually those that have worked with asbestos for years and that being exposed to asbestos does not mean that you will develop an asbestos related disease, under that paragaph it said that children are especially prone to developing cancer after exposure to asbestos, do you think that means that ALL children that are exposed to asbestos will develop cancer or just more likely than adults
Does braking when driving release asbestos? I am just curious. You would think that if it did, than these brakes would be banned. I had to hard brake last night when I had the windows down and is there any risk of asbestos exposure to it?

how is asbestos exposure caused by human activity?
what is it that people do that they’re being sued because other people are getting sicknesses from asbestos?
I just started a new site about Mesothelioma cancer which is caused by asbestos exposure. Check it out and let me know what you think and how the color scheme looks.
